- side-project
- cloudflare
I grew up on LucasArts adventure games: the verb panel across the bottom, the sentence line that builds itself as you click, the sense that every object in the room would say something back if you asked it nicely.
So I wired Claude Code to a running Godot editor with Godot MCP Pro, pointed it at an empty project, set a goal, and went to bed.

…with dialog and graphics and a beginning and end

You are Rue, night janitor at the Neon Bay Arcade. Your shift is over, the front door is dead, and the only other thing awake in the building is an arcade cabinet called MAXIMUM OVERBYTE.
The 25 MiB wall
Embedding the game in Astro required some extra work, as Godot’s web export is a 37.7 MiB WebAssembly blob. Cloudflare caps an individual static asset at 25 MiB, on Workers and on Pages alike. The fix was to store it gzipped at 9.7 MiB and inflate it in a Worker on the way out.
